News - MAY 9th.Series Update
Ripon entries have now closed with over 300 entries, and the weather looks as if it will be fine and warm so good luck to everyone who is running this new course. Please take notice of all instructions both on the Ripon website and from marshalls on the day with regard to car parking.

Fountains 10k
Sorry about Sundays weather conditions, but there were some smiling faces, that course is tough enough without the added mud on the moor section, but congratulations to everyone who finished, lets hope the weather improves for Ripon in two weeks time.
The results from Sunday are now available on the Fountains 10k and Ripon Runners sites ( see links page ).

Burn Valley Entries
The first 120 numbers for this years race have now been posted out, so if your cheque has cleared and you have not received your number in the next 5 days please let me know asap.

I have now started including a description/news of each race on its individual race page, so if you have never run the course before it may help in your race day preparation.

Postage
Race organizers are now receiving cards from Royal Mail informing them that there is a mail item to be picked up from their Sorting Offices, we assume these are race entries, and the charge to collect each item of mail is £1.06p. The reason this mail is not delivered is it does not have the correct postage to be delivered. These items will not be picked up and the mail will not be returned to sender, so if it is a race entry you will miss entering the race and possibly jeopardize completing the series.
